What data we collect

• Identification data (name, date of birth, contact information, address, Social Security Number)
• Documents (driver license front and back, SSN card, three months of bank statements, proof of address)
• Payment information (US bank account routing and account numbers, payout history)
• Platform usage (sign-ins, application status, support messages)

How we use your data

Data is used to operate and evaluate your application, to maintain the signatory role (including responding to bank or payment processor identity-confirmation requests on your behalf), and to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Your data is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or to perform a contract you have entered into.

Storage and security

Your data is stored encrypted and on infrastructure located in the European Union and the United States. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We retain your data for as long as required by law or as needed to fulfill the signatory role; after that, it is deleted or anonymized.
